Cancelling or Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with adequate notice will not incur a fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or clients who fail to attend, may be charged a fee equivalent to the full treatment cost. This policy allows us to manage schedules effectively.

How to Cancel

Cancellations can be made via Treatwell, phone, or email. Early communication ensures your appointment can be reallocated to another client in need.

We understand emergencies occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review each situation fairly.
